What types of media can it hold?
- The media holder can accommodate 2LP and 3LP vinyl sleeves (up to 1.5 cm / 0.6 inches thick) as well as CD cases.
- For added stability, the vertical support metals are adjustable from 5 cm (2 inches) to 11 cm / 4.3 inches and can be removed if not needed.
Where do you ship?
- We offer free worldwide shipping, with express-only service to Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. (Shipping is unavailable to EU-sanctioned countries)
Where are you based?
- We are based in the EU (Lithuania). If you have any questions about taxes for non-EU countries, feel free to send us a message.
Do you offer a warranty?
- We offer a lifetime warranty! If something happens, just send us a message, and we'll ship you a new visualizer.
Why is my visualizer freezing?
- This is most likely caused by insufficient current from the USB port. Please switch to a power source of at least 1.5A at 5V.
